Our first agent referred us to Lisa. In retrospect, we wish we had Lisa from Day 1!! Lisa was quick to return our messages, kept us very up to date on showings and was definitely getting the word out about our house. We even got a showing once after she ran into a fellow agent at the gas station, and she told the agent about our house. It ended up being close to a sale!
Our house went under contract on Christmas Eve, and Lisa was there working, giving up her time on a holiday to make sure that the negotiations went quickly and the contract was signed as quickly as possible. All through the contract period, she was looking our for our interests and gave us good advice. As soon as we received the repair request, she immediately contacted contractors to come out and give us estimates, and she would meet them at the house for us.
